CB Richard Ellis negotiated the lease renewal of 93,769 square feet of downtown office space in Indianapolis for an undisclosed price.
The space is located within Landmark Center, which is located at 1099 North Meridian St.
Litchfield Advisors, the building’s landlord, renewed Anthem Insurance Cos. Inc.’s lease for an undisclosed term.
Landmark Center will continue to enjoy a notable 97 percent occupancy level upon the execution of the renewal, according to a press statement. “With the move of the Simon offices to their new headquarters, as well as the relocation of several large downtown occupiers, there is a lot of opportunity for businesses to move or grow in the downtown area. For these reasons, it was important to retain Anthem as a tenant at Landmark Center,” said John Vandenbark, first vice president with CBRE.
