Century 21 Real Estate LLC has launched mobile tools that allow consumers to find properties, agents, offices and financial resources on the go.
Consumers can access Century 21 Mobile via their PDAs, cell phones and other handheld devices that have Internet access. The tools are available at mobile.c21.com or mobile.century21.com. The Web sites offer a streamlined interface that is suited to portable devices.
“Today’s busy consumers are looking for ways to conduct real estate research on their own time and on their own terms,” said Tom Kunz, president and CEO for Century 21 Real Estate LLC, in a statement. “Consumers who may drive through a neighborhood to check for properties for sale can look up information on their favorite houses instantly, which gives them more control in the real estate process.”
The Century 21 Mobile search tools allow users to view multiple photos and property descriptions. Users can search for properties by city, state or ZIP code, and can refine the searches based on mileage radius, price range or number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Users can call a Century 21 listing agent by clicking on the sales associate’s phone number associated with each property listing.
