Grubb & Ellis Co. brokered four lease agreements in the Dallas, Texas, metro area totaling 112,642 square feet of office and industrial space.
The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.
In the first deal, Younan Properties Inc. agreed to lease 32,074 square feet of office space to CH2M Hill Inc. The site is located at 12377 Merit Drive (Lakeside Square) in Dallas.
In the second deal, Peopleclick Inc. leased 14,672 square feet of office space at Waterway Tower in Irving. The property, located at 433 E. Las Colinas Blvd., is owned by Waterway Canal Holdings LP.
In the third transaction, CP Commercial Properties XVIII Inc. signed Coinstar Inc. to a 45,868-square-foot industrial lease at 2880 113th St. in Grand Prairie.
The final deal of 20,028 square feet featured BMC Capital leasing office space at 3100 Monticello in Dallas from property owner Title Texas.
