ERA Real Estate added 18 new affiliate companies to its franchise network in July and August, the company announced, and 10 existing affiliates opened new offices or engaged in mergers or acquisitions during that period.
The ERA network includes about 38,700 sales associates in the United States and 29 other countries and territories. Each office is independently owned and operated except those offices owned and operated by NRT Inc. ERA Franchise Systems Inc. and NRT Inc. are subsidiaries of Realogy Corp., the world’s largest real estate franchise company. Other company-owned and franchise real estate brands affiliated with Realogy include Coldwell Banker, Century 21 and Sotheby’s International Realty.
“ERA Real Estate continues to expand our global network of dedicated brokers and sales associates through both external and organic growth,” said Brenda W. Casserly, president and chief executive officer for ERA Real Estate, in a statement. “During the past two months, we have increased our footprint in a number of key regions, led by our growth within California.”
New ERA affiliates include: ERA Consolidated Realty Group in Simi Valley, Calif.; ERA Elite Elk Grove Calif.; ERA Gold Key, Highland, Calif.; ERA Home Professionals, Daly City, Calif.; ERA Platinum Properties, Walnut Creek, Calif.; ERA Promerica Realtors, Santa Ana, Calif.; ERA Rocklin Real Estate, Rocklin, Calif.; ERA Showcase Real Estate, Yuba City, Calif.; ERA South Coast Realty, Orange, Calif.; ERA Southern Exposure Realty, Jupiter, Fla.; ERA Ammons Realty, Samford, N.C.; ERA Compass Real Estate, Barnegat, N.J.; ERA 1st Independent Realty, Newburgh, N.Y.; ERA Glad Realty Services, Uniondale, N.Y.; ERA Anderson and Associates Real Estate, Stroudsburg, Pa.; ERA Ritter Real Estate, Smyrna, Tenn.; ERA Legends Realty, San Antonio, Texas; and ERA Terry Harper Real Estate, Forney, Texas.
