Lavaca Plaza is a 118,600-square-foot, 11-story office building, with four floors of the office space resting upon a seven-story, 503-space parking garage. A covered sky bridge over Lavaca Street connects Lavaca Plaza with Chase Tower. The property was originally constructed in 1980 and was upgraded in 2001, including completely renovating the lobby, repainting the exterior, and installing double-pane windows.
AGB Lavaca Plaza L.P. sold the property.
