Advantis Real Estate Services Co. recently negotiated a 74,970-square-foot, long-term industrial lease to West Logistics Group Inc. in Tampa, Fla.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
EastMeadow Distribution Center LLC owns the space, which is located within Building A of Meadow Creek Distribution Center. Meadow Creek consists of two single-story, multitenanted bulk distribution buildings totaling 265,340 square feet. Built in 1991, Buildings A and B are located at 1206 and 1210 U.S. Highway 301 North and were 73 percent leased at the time of sale.
