A Massachusetts office warehouse with flex space has been sold to RFP Advisors and Juniper Advisory Services in a deal worth approximately $7.8 million.
The property includes 134,164 square feet of first class office warehouse and flex space, and is located on Centennial Drive in Peabody, Mass.
The building formerly served as Saucony’s world headquarters, a facility that is situated on 12.2 acres of land with expansion potential of up to 30,000 square feet. Unique features include 38,164 square feet of first class office space, 96,000 square feet of high bay warehouse space, and parking for 209 vehicles, along with shipping and receiving facilities.
Spaulding & Slye, a member of the Jones Lang LaSalle group, negotiated the sale. The seller was Stride Rite Corp.
