Lee & Associates recently completed a six-year industrial lease — with the option of another five years — for Keeco LLC at a 283,629-square-foot distribution center in Hayward, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $9.4 million.
Keeco, a South San Francisco-based bedding maker, will consolidate two of its nearby warehouses in its leasing of the Hayward facility, which is located at 30736 Wiegman Rd.
“The new distribution center provides more space, an open floor plan, and is much more functional and flexible,” said Jeff Jacob, executive vice president of sales and marketing at Keeco LLC. “This enables Keeco to better serve its customers by expediting shipping of its products more efficiently.”
San Francisco-based RREEF, a national real estate investment advisor, is the property landlord.
