Charles Dunn Co. negotiated the sale of a 26,586-square-foot commercial office building in Pasadena, Calif., for $8 million.
The building, which is situated on a 68,794-square-foot lot, is located at 909 S. Fair Oaks Ave.
Champion Realty sold the property to Fish Construction. The previous tenant, Pacific Clinics, vacated the building on May 1, and the space was empty at the time of sale. Fish Construction plans to hold the property for future development, though it may entertain a lease for up to five years.
