Grubb & Ellis/BRE Commercial on Tuesday announced the completion of lease and sale transactions totaling more than 102,000 square feet in San Diego County, Calif.
The total value of the transactions was $11.5 million.
In the first deal, The TJX Cos. Inc. signed a 33,000-square-foot retail lease in San Marcos. The space, owned by Grand Las Posas LLC, will be leased for 10 years at a price of $5.3 million.
In the second deal, Perfect Optics LLC inked a 21,295-square-foot-industrial lease at 2651 La Mirada Drive in Vista. RCI Vista LLC, the owner, agreed to lease the space for 62 months at a price of $1.2 million.
In the third lease, Accutech LLC secured a 29,122-square-foot-industrial lease at 2641 La Mirada Drive in Vista. The space, also owned by RCI Vista LLC, will be leased for 62 months at a price of $1.2 million.
In the fourth deal, Jamacha Plaza LLC sold an 18,660-square-foot office building in El Cajon. Eklund Investment Group LLC purchased the property, located at 850-860 Jamacha Road, for $3.8 million.
