CityCribs, a New York-based service for apartment rentals and sales, has expanded its services in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago and San Francisco, the company said today.
Users in these market areas can place free advertisements at the site for rentals and for-sale properties.
Homeowners, agents and brokers can post and manage property listings with up to five photographs and one floor plan. CityCribs offers several levels of advertising for homeowners and licensed real estate companies and brokers.
CityCribs advertisers can post their properties individually or with bulk RSS/XML feeds. For consumers, CityCribs offers free search, e-mail alerts, RSS feeds, map search and special home requests. All listings posted on CityCribs are distributed free of charge to Google Base and Oodle with additional network partners soon to be announced, according to the company announcement.
Founded in January 2004, CityCribs connects property seekers with real estate agents and services in the markets it serves. The company is not a real estate brokerage and does not collect a commission on sales. The CityCribs community includes thousands of registered members.
CityCribs recently expanded its services to Miami, New Jersey and Los Angeles.
