RJS Realty Group on Tuesday announced the sale of a portfolio of four properties located in Delray Beach, Fla., for more than $33 million.
The properties included Linton Center, a three-building office complex located on a 10-acre parcel at the southeast corner of Federal Highway and Linton Boulevard, containing 84,819 square feet. Also sold were Palm Plaza and Sand & Sea Building, two mixed-use properties on Atlantic Avenue, and a two-building, single-tenant office complex on S.E. Third Avenue, just south of Atlantic Avenue.
Delray Beach-based Patrick Lynch and related entity Atlantic Avenue Partners II LLC sold the property to an undisclosed buyer.
RJS Realty Group, a provider of investment real estate advisory and brokerage services, was the exclusive agent for the seller and the sole broker in the transaction.
