PropertyShark.com, a source of detailed property information, has announced that it’s offering automated property data and interactive map feeds to real estate firms in New York City.
“We have enabled integration of our … interactive maps directly into the Halstead Property Web site,” said Ryan Slack, PropertyShark.com CEO, in a statement.
The integration allows Halstead.com visitors to view detailed neighborhood maps with customized property data.
“Our Property Shark.com partnership provides tools our customers want with the service they expect from Halstead Property,” said Jim Cahill, executive vice president for Halstead Property, in a statement.
PropertyShark.com’s Web data service allows brokers, software vendors and service providers to automatically route PropertyShark.com data into their applications, Slack stated, noting that several other companies have combined PropertyShark’s data with proprietary software, including RealPlus, Massey Knakal and Sales Team Live.
“By integrating a link to PropertyShark.com into RealPlus, the 240-plus firms that use RealPlus can now obtain high quality building information and reports directly from PropertyShark.com by simply clicking on an icon within our application,” said Eric Gordon, managing director for RealPlus LLC.
Massey Knakal Realty Services is using PropertyShark to “provide our professionals the most up-to-date sales data to augment our in-house proprietary database of property and owner information,” said Timothy D. King, chief operating officer for Massey Knakal, in a statement.
And Ali Nazar, vice president of product management for Sales Team Live, stated, “Data is king in this business – if you don’t have accurate, up-to-date information, it is very difficult to succeed.”
