Long-term mortgage interest rates were up again Thursday, and the benchmark 10-year Treasury bond yield rose to 5.15 percent.
The 30-year fixed-rate average gained to 6.2 percent, and the 15-year fixed-rate inched up to 5.86 percent. The 1-year adjustable was up at 5.28 percent.
The 30-year Treasury bond yield increased to 5.24 percent.

Mortgage rate figures are according to Bankrate.com, which publishes nightly averages based on its survey of 4,000 banks in 50 states. Points on these mortgages range from zero to 3.5.
In other economic news, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was up 38.58 points, or 0.34 percent, finishing at 11,438.86. The Nasdaq gained 19.93 points, or 0.87 percent, closing at 2,323.9.
