NAI Hunneman Commercial this week announced it negotiated the sale of 65 Green St., a 50,000-square-foot industrial/R&D building in Foxborough, Mass.
The value of the transaction wasr $3 million.
Built in 1981, the class B building has the possibility of expansion up to 20,000 square feet, according to a press statement.
Mass Movement Inc., a national specialty logistic solutions and distribution services provider working exclusively in the commercial fitness industry, purchased the property from George E. Stephenson Jr. Mass Movement will relocate its corporate headquarters to 65 Green St. from its current location on 25 Walpole Park South Drive in Walpole, Mass.
Boston-based NAI Hunneman Commercial is a provider of commercial real estate services to corporations, institutions and the private market.
