Travis Oaks, a three-story, 123,434-square-foot Class A office building in Austin, Texas, has been sold to KBS Realty Advisors by Transwestern Commercial Services, Transwestern said last week.
The price was not disclosed.
Transwestern Commercial Services brokered the disposition of Travis Oaks on behalf of a fund managed by Transwestern Investment Company.
Travis Oaks is in Austin’s Southwest submarket. Built in 2002 by Transwestern Commercial Services, the property sits in a 10-acre park-like environment a quarter-mile west of the MoPac Expressway on the Southwest Parkway.
Designed with state-of-the-art construction to allow for abundant natural light and flexible floor plans, the building has structured and surface level parking. Transwestern has leased and managed the property since its completion and it was 100 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
The new owner, KBS Realty Advisors, has retained Transwestern Commercial Services for both leasing and management of the project.
Hale Umstattd, Ty Puckett and Doug Dwyer, senior vice president of Transwestern’s Austin Investment Services Group, represented the seller in the transaction.
