Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors, announced the openings of six more franchise offices in Florida, to bring the total number of signed affiliated Weichert offices there to 74. The new affiliates are located in Naples and Tampa on the Gulf Coast and in Jacksonville and Miami Beach on the East Coast.
The new Weichert affiliates are:
–Weichert, Realtors – Aventa Real Estate, Tampa, Fla. President and Broker of Record Omar M. Garcia heads this agency of approximately 70 sales associates, known since 2003 for its focused service to the Hispanic market.
–Weichert, Realtors – Best Beach Real Estate, with three locations in Miami Beach, Fla. Broker Abraham Chehebar, Steven Schmutter, and Alberto Bassal are co-owners of this multi-office agency with 80 sales associates.
–Weichert, Realtors – 1ST Coast, Jacksonville, Fla. Weichert’s first Jacksonville franchise is owned by Broker Joe Marshall and Paula Miller.
–Weichert, Realtors – On The Gulf, Ft. Meyers, Fla. This is the second office for Broker/Owner Jerry Osinski, who launched the first Weichert franchise in Naples less than 18 months ago. Alex Spiotta is managing partner.
Weichert has more than 17,800 sales associates in over 410 company-owned and franchised sales offices throughout the United States.
