Triple Net Properties LLC represented tenant-in-common buyers in the acquisition of The Enclave Apartments in High Point, N.C.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The 220-unit apartment community consists of 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units in nine three-story apartment buildings, with units ranging from 770 square feet to 1,421 square feet. The apartment community features a fitness center, outdoor grills, outdoor swimming pool and on-site management.
Tarrant Road Apartments Associates LLC sold the property, which was completed in 2005 and was 85 percent occupied at the time of sale.
