STAG Capital Partners recently purchased two industrial properties located in Indiana and Kansas totaling 363,190 square feet.
The total value of the transactions was not disclosed.
In the first deal, STAG purchased a 249,920-square-foot warehouse and distribution facility located on 29 acres at 2201 E. Loew Road in Marion, Ind. The building was acquired for just over $5 million and was fully leased by Dunham’s Athleisure Corp., a sporting-good retail chain.
The second property is a 113,270-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility located at 5015 S. Water Circle in Wichita, Kan. The building was fully leased to PepsiCo. but assigned to Unilever, which operates as UBF Food.
IStar Financial sold the properties.
STAG Capital Partners actively acquires single-tenant, net leased properties, which include warehouse, flex, manufacturing, and office buildings.
