BPG Properties Ltd. purchased a two-building, 326,743-square-foot office complex in Arlington, Va.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The property, located at 2800 and 2900 Crystal Drive, is situated in the Crystal City submarket within one mile of the Pentagon and three miles south of downtown Washington D.C.
2800 Crystal Drive is an approximately 164,000-square-foot, 10-story office building situated adjacent to 2900 Crystal Drive, which is an approximately 163,000-square-foot, 10-story office building. The two buildings were constructed in 1991 and share a three-level, below-grade parking garage.
Monday Properties sold the asset.
Philadelphia-based BPG Properties Ltd., the operating affiliate of Berwind Property Group Ltd., is a privately held real estate investment firm.
