The buyer was an entity of Kimco Realty Corp.
Copperwood Village Shopping Center, which was 97 percent leased at the time of sale, features tenants such as Marshalls, Bed Bath & Beyond, OfficeMax, Palais Royal, Michaels, Petco, Old Navy, Famous Footwear and Pier 1 Imports. The center is located at the intersection of State Highway 6 and FM 529 (Spencer Road).
