The New York City Economic Development Corp. (EDC) has extended its lease until 2020 for approximately 263,000 square feet of office space in Manhattan.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
This 32-story building, located at 110 William St., comprises 900,000 square feet and underwent a major capital improvement program in 2002. EDC leases space located on floors 2 through 8, including a portion of the ground floor.
Swig Equities LLC, a New York City-based real estate development, investment and management firm, owns the property.
