CB Richard Ellis’ New York Tri-State Investment Team represented ownership in the sale of Osborn Manor and Hastings Terraces, two apartment communities in New York.
The total value of the transaction was $26.2 million.
An undisclosed owner sold the properties to Coolidge Equities Ltd., an entity controlled by Houlihan Parnes.
Osborn Manor and Hastings Terraces are two brick apartment communities containing a total of 198 units located along the eastern edge of the Hudson River within the Villages of Dobbs Ferry and Hastings-on-Hudson, respectively. The properties boast convenient commuting locations, ample parking and views of the Hudson River.
