Homes.com, which offers Internet marketing products and services for real estate professionals, has introduced a new-homes portal to help builders highlight their properties and communities for home buyers searching for homes at the Homes.com Web site.
Homes.com launched this new section at the International Builder Show in Orlando, Fla., earlier this month. With the slowing of the real estate market, builders recognize even more than ever that they need to reach a wider audience of home buyers, Homes.com officials said in an announcement today.
“We saw an opportunity to help builders leverage Homes.com’s large audience of home buyers – we have over 1.6 million people visit Homes.com each month,” said Mark Frederick, Manager of Builder Relations for Homes.com, in a statement. “Homes.com exposes builder properties to home buyers interested in both new construction as well as resale homes.”
Homes.com, a division of Trader Publishing Company, provides online real estate services, including property listings, Web site development and marketing solutions.
About 1.6 million home buyers visit Homes.com each month to search the thousands of listings of homes for sale across the country, according to the announcement.
Homes.com is based in Norfolk, Va., with additional offices in San Diego, Calif., and Tallahassee, Fla.
