Binswanger negotiated the recent sale of a 200,000-square-foot industrial facility in Fort Collins, Colo.
The sale price was $13 million.
The property, situated on 30 acres at 4701 Technology Parkway, features 36-foot ceiling heights and 49,386 square feet of office space.
The seller, Toronto-based Celestica Inc., is an electronics manufacturing services company. Celestica sold the Fort Collins facility as part of an effort to consolidate its manufacturing operations.
The buyer, Intel Corp., is a producer of semiconductors and manufacturer of computer, networking, and communications products. Intel plans to relocate its design-center team to the new facility.
