Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors, announced its expansion into three new states with the openings of its first affiliated offices in Arkansas, Indiana and Missouri.
The Weichert franchise organization, which launched its first affiliate in January 2002, now includes more than 190 signed offices in 20 states and is home to some 4,000 sales associates.
The new Weichert affiliates include:
- Weichert, Realtors – Pat Mote Properties, Benton, Ark. – The husband and wife team of Jerry Mote, business manager, and Pat Mote, broker, are the owners of Weichert’s first Arkansas affiliate.
- Weichert, Realtors – Hometown Real Estate, Brownsburg, Ind. – Broker/owner Stan Comer converted his independent agency into Weichert’s first Indiana franchise.
- Weichert, Realtors – Ellsworth & Associates, St. Louis, Mo. – The first Weichert franchise office in Missouri and in the major St. Louis market is headed by broker/owner Brian Ellsworth, a lifelong St. Louis resident.
Weichert has more than 17,200 sales associates in more than 380 company-owned and franchised sales offices in key markets throughout the U.S.
