Consumers visiting real estate Web sites built by BirdView Technologies will be able to instantly shop thousands of mortgage brokers and lenders online, the company said in a recent announcement.
The new service is part of a new set of mortgage tools BirdView has extended to its entire real estate client Web sites as a free upgrade, according to a company statement. The tools were developed in association with Mortage101.com.
Consumers will also have access to current interest rates tickers, live market updates, interactive calculators and more than 180 informative mortgage and real estate-related articles.
“These new tools build on our philosophy of empowering online home buyers to further facilitate one of the largest purchases they’ll ever make,” said Bedros Bedrosian, president and co-founder of BirdView.
BirdView provides Internet software to real estate offices and agents in 31 states and more than 145 local multiple listing services. The company’s software provides lead generation, lead management, communication and productivity tools to the real estate industry.
