A Web site developer with a real estate focus has formed a strategic partnership with RealBiz360.com, a virtual tour provider, according to an announcement today.
The venture will allow real estate professionals with Web sites developed by RapidListings.com to link online to the virtual tours platform at RealBiz360.com.
RapidListing.com supports online marketing initiatives for about 4,000 real estate agents, according to the announcement.
“This strategic partnership with RapidListing.com continues to strengthen our joint venture efforts with RealBiz360 in gaining acceptance and endorsement from leading U.S. real estate service providers online,” said Anthony DeCristofaro, iseemedia Inc. CEO, in a statement. Iseemedia, a software company, is a virtual tour partner to RealBiz360.com.
“This significant installed base will provide us with an immediate revenue opportunity from the fastest growing leader in this segment,” he also said. Iseemedia specializes in delivery streaming media and other multimedia content and documents to a variety of devices, and has a portfolio of 39 patents pending or issued for wireless and imaging technologies.
RealBiz360 is a privately held company formed in 2004 that offers a self-serve model for real estate professionals to build Web sites and create high-definition virtual tours. The company announced plans to launch RealBiz360 Mobile, a mobile technology product that will assist real estate agents with online marketing. Using the RealBiz.com virtual tour platform, agents can stitch together photos and create 180-degree and 360-degree views for online virtual tours.
