Weichert Real Estate Affiliates Inc., the franchise arm of Weichert, Realtors, this week announced the addition of several affiliates in New York and Massachusetts.
Since launching its first affiliate in January 2002, the Weichert franchise organization has grown to include more than 190 signed offices in 20 states. Weichert was the only real estate organization ranked in Entrepreneur magazine’s 2005 ranking of the “Top 10 New Franchises” in the United States over the past five years, the company reported.
The new Weichert affiliates are:
– Dunhill Group, Osterville/Barnstable, Mass. Charles Crovo II is owner of this full-service real estate agency/building company in the Cape Cod village of Osterville. Marie Delacey Carlson is broker of record.
– Campion Weeks, New Hartford, N.Y. Founded in 1910, with 35 agents led by broker-owner Jerry Orsaeo, this office claims an eight-year record as the area’s top-ranked real estate company.
– Ferreri-Gromus, Babylon, N.Y. This newest Long Island franchise is located at 170 Deer Park Ave. Broker/owner Jennifer Gromus and owner Dennis Ferreri are joined by 10 full-time sales associates.

The new affiliated offices are an example of Weichert’s growing presence in the New England region. In New York, Weichert now has 31 affiliated offices and 11 company-owned offices, the company reported.
Weichert has more than 17,000 sales associates in over 370 company-owned and franchised sales offices across the country. The Weichert network includes full-service real estate and financial services companies. Each Weichert-franchised office is independently owned and operated.
