CB Richard Ellis/New England announced the sale of Worthington Place, a 186-unit, class A apartment community in Cambridge, Mass.
The value of the transaction was $66 million.
Worthington Place Associates Limited Partnership sold the asset to Archstone-Smith.
The 238,000-square-foot buildings were converted into apartments with indoor parking in 1998. The unit mix is biased towards two-bedroom, two-bath apartments.
The original 2.5-acre site, on Binney Street in Cambridge’s Kendall Square, was built in 1898.
