Weichert, Realtors has added three former Beazley Co. affiliate offices in Connecticut to its Weichert Real Estate Affiliates network, the company announced Thursday. The three offices, located in Branford, Orange and Wallingford, serve the Greater New Haven area.
The former Beazley offices that are now Weichert affiliates are: Weichert, Realtors – Shoreline Properties, Branford; Weichert, Realtors – Regional Properties, Orange; and Weichert, Realtors – Quinnipiac Properties, Wallingford.
The three new Greater New Haven affiliates bring the number of opened Weichert offices in the Nutmeg State to 10. Weichert also has affiliated offices in Middlebury, Southbury and Waterbury, as well as company-owned offices in Greenwich, Ridgefield, Stamford and Westport.
Weichert, which helps customers buy and sell both residential and commercial real estate, has more than 17,000 sales associates in more than 370 company-owned and franchised sales offices in key markets throughout the United States.
