Voit Commercial Brokerage arranged the sale of Anaheim Corporate Office Plaza, an office park that consists of five office buildings totaling 301,159 square feet in Anaheim, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $68.2 million.
RREEF America Reit II Corp. sold the 13.9-acre property to Seligman Western Enterprises.
Anaheim Corporate Office Plaza is located at 2121-2190 Towne Center Place and 2390 East Orangewood Ave. in the Anaheim Platinum Triangle. The Anaheim Platinum Triangle, currently under development, will be a vibrant 24-hour, high-density, mixed-use urban environment unique to Orange County that will include up to 9,175 dwelling units, 5 million square feet of office space and more than 2 million square feet of commercial uses, according to a press statement.
