The value of the transaction was $13.4 million.
The 71,543-square-foot apartment community is located at 17021-17121 Kenyon Pointe Drive. Built in 1965, the property is situated on 2.8 acres.
A California-based private investor sold the property to a private investment group.
Encino, Calif.-based Marcus & Millichap is a commercial real estate brokerage operating nationwide.
