HouseValues plans to host 120 seminars for real estate next year in the top 60 markets nationwide, the real estate marketing company said today.
The seminars enable agents to network with colleagues, share ideas and learn new methods and techniques for closing more transactions, said Ian Morris, CEO of HouseValues.
The events offer professional training and personalized coaching opportunities. Agents will have the chance to refine their sales skills, learn new productivity techniques, develop business goals and strategies and share best practices.
“Real estate agents operate as independent CEOs and one of the best ways for them to succeed and grow their businesses is to learn from their peers,” Morris said.
HouseValues seminars slated for January 2006 include: Norfolk, Va., on Jan. 10; Raleigh, N.C., on Jan. 11; Charlotte, N.C., on Jan. 12; Lake Oswego, Ore., on Jan. 17; Seattle on Jan. 18; and Vancouver, B.C., on Jan. 19.
