BPG Properties Ltd. purchased a 700,000-square-foot office and manufacturing building located in Worcester Township, Pa.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The property, located at 2750 Morris Road, consists of 87 acres with extensive frontage along the Northeast Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
The building is an electronics manufacturing facility, constructed in 1990 by Visteon Systems LLC, previously part of Ford Motor Co.
As part of the transaction, Visteon, which sold the property, entered into a lease for 100 percent of the facility.
BPG Properties Ltd., the operating affiliate of Berwind Property Group Ltd., is a Philadelphia-based privately held real estate investment company.
