Prudential Real Estate Affiliates on Monday announced that brokerages in Kentucky, Ohio and Virginia have joined its affiliate network.
Guerrant Real Estate, which will operate as Prudential Guerrant Real Estate, is located at 448 West Main St in Danville, Ky. It serves residential, commercial, agricultural and multifamily markets in Danville, Perryville, Junction City, Harrodsburg, Lancaster and Stanford.
A family-owned business, Guerrant Real Estate has served the Danville community since 1935. The current brokers/owners are mother and son, Evelyn Guerrant and Benjamin Guerrant.
The Real Estate People Inc., located at 121 Commerce Park Drive in Westerville, Ohio, has joined the Prudential network as Prudential Platinum Realty.
The brokerage opened its doors in 1996 with one salesperson and now has 18 salespersons serving the Greater Columbus area, including Lewis Center, Delaware, Sunbury, New Albany, Gahanna, Powell, Dublin, Franklin County and Delaware County.
Waterfront Properties, based in Smith Mountain Lake, Va., has also affiliated with Prudential and will operate as Prudential Waterfront Properties.
Developer Ronald Willard formed the full-service company in 1987, which serves Franklin and Bedford counties, portions of Pittsylvania County and all areas surrounding Smith Mountain Lake.
Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services is Prudential Financial’s integrated real estate brokerage franchise and relocation services business. As of June 30, 2005, there were more than 1,800 franchise offices and more than 60,000 sales professionals in the franchise network in the United States and Canada.
