The 145,000 members of the Florida Association of Realtors now will have access to a Web-based transaction management system known as TransactionDesk, the technology provider announced this week.
Web-based transaction management systems are seen as key to cutting paper from real estate transactions and streamlining the closing process for agents, brokers and consumers alike.
Instanet Solutions, the creator of TransactionDesk, has reached an agreement with REIS, a Florida Association of Realtors subsidiary, to provide the system to all of the state trade association’s members as part of their monthly dues.
“This agreement brings us to approximately 178,000 individual TransactionDesk subscribers,” said Martin Scrocchi, CEO of Instanet Solutions.
Instanet offers an integrated real estate transaction platform that incorporates a transaction management system, electronic forms and an online digital signing service through the U.S. Postal Service Electronic Post Mark technology.
