Transwestern Commercial Services announced that its Institutional Multifamily Group recently brokered the sale of Shelter Cove Apartments in Odenton, Md.
The value of the transaction was $38 million.
Shelter Cove, located at 537 Tranquil Court, is a 300-unit garden-style apartment community completed in 1974 and renovated in 1995. The community consists of 14 three-story buildings situated on 16 acres.
Community amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool with sundeck, sauna, fully equipped fitness center, picnic area and lighted tennis courts.
Sawyer Realty Holdings sold the property to Rieder Communities.
