Binswanger recently arranged the sale of a commercial real estate property in Eugene, Ore., for an undisclosed amount.
The 103,410-square-foot property is located at 1020 Owen Loop Road.
The buyer, Rosen Aviation, is a designer and manufacturer of flat panel display and mounting systems for the aviation industry. Founded in 1980 and headquartered in Eugene, Rosen Aviation will use this property for continued production of flat panel screens.
The seller, Rosen Products LLC, is a holding company no longer involved in the business.
The building features concrete tilt walls, reinforced concrete floors, ceiling heights to 24-foot clear, steel columns spaced 50′ x 50′, high-bay halide and parabolic lighting, and a full sprinkler system. The building also includes all utilities and 31,000 square feet of modern office space.
