RJS Realty Group announced the sale of the 148,591-square-foot Weston Corporate Centre, a two-building office complex in Weston, Fla.
The value of the transaction was $34.5 million.
Weston Corporate Center, located at the southwest quadrant of Interstate 75 and Arvida Parkway, houses tenants such as Levi Straus, DHL, Grant Thornton, Marriott International, and Wachovia Wealth Management. The two buildings were developed in 1997 and 1998.
Parkway United Ltd. and Weston United Ltd. sold the property to an affiliate of BlackRock Realty Advisors of Florham Park, N.J.
RJS Realty Group Inc., a real estate investment brokerage firm operating in Florida, arranged the sale on behalf of the sellers.
