Realty World Northern California has expanded its Northern California footprint with the addition of 52 new franchised real estate offices to its network between January and August this year, the company reported this week.
The brokerage company has grown from 80 independently owned and operated offices in 1997 to 424 offices today. The expansion puts the brokerage on pace to meet or surpass the 82 new offices it added during 2004.
Tracy, Calif.-based Realty World Northern California has more than 1,700 sales agents.
The company reported completing 16,244 real estate transaction sides during 2004, up 25 percent from 2003.
