Triple Net Properties LLC facilitated the purchase of the 184-unit St. Charles Apartments in Kennesaw, Ga.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
St. Charles is situated on 15 acres and consists of seven apartment buildings, six garage structures and one clubhouse. The complex features a 24-hour fitness center, a swimming pool, two lighted tennis courts and a gated entry.
The property was 98 percent occupied at the time of sale.
Tenant-in-common investors purchased the property from St. Charles Properties L.P.
