RealEstate.com consumer leads will enter into a filtering process before being delivered to real estate agents, the company said today.
RealEstate.com announced the debut of its Smart Touch Filtering process, which is a component of the RealEstate.com Agent Network’s suite of subscription-based services. The company offers lead generation and conversion programs to real estate brokers and agents.
Smart Touch Filtering processes RealEstate.com-generated leads by subjecting them to a comprehensive, four-point process that helps to determine the quality of the leads. The leads are manually filtered and then disseminated, delivering to agents a more steady flow of viable, qualified real estate leads.
“Only 42 percent of the leads we receive will pass our four-point filtering process,” said Andrew Taylor, general manager, RealEstate.com Agent Network. “Our Smart Touch Filtering process allows us to gauge the lead’s initial value before it ever gets to the agent, so we know that we’re only sending them the top-quality leads they want.”
The RealEstate.com Agent Network also provides subscribing agents with free listings exposure, a constant supply of leads, and access to the company’s proprietary agent success program, which focuses on best practices, coaching and training.
