Cedar Shopping Centers Inc. has purchased four shopping centers totaling approximately 481,000 square feet in Michigan and Pennsylvania.
The total value of the transactions was approximately $26.3 million.
Acquisitions include:
–The Clyde Park Shopping Center in Wyoming, Mich., which comprises 117,000 square feet and is anchored by an 85,000-square-foot Value City store;
–The Stadium Plaza Shopping Center in East Lansing, Mich., totaling 80,000 square feet, with a newly built, but presently unoccupied, Borman’s supermarket;
–The Dunmore Shopping Center in Dunmore, Pa., which has 101,000 square feet and is anchored by Consolidated Stores and Enyon Furniture;
–The Point at Carlisle Plaza in Carlisle, Pa., containing 183,000 square feet and anchored by Bon Ton, Office Max and Dunham’s.
Cedar Shopping Centers Inc. is a real estate investment trust focused on supermarket-anchored shopping centers and drug-store-anchored convenience centers.
