Katabat, a real estate sales lead management software provider, is now integrating leads from daily newspaper Web sites into its system for brokers.
The company on Monday said its Pipeline Manager software will electronically process incoming home buyer leads originated through the real estate Web sites of more than 150 U.S. daily newspapers that make up the Homescape Network.
The new feature is available as an optional upgrade for Pipeline Manager customers seeking to eliminate manual entry of Homescape Network-generated leads.
Homescape, a division of Classified Ventures, hosts and manages the data and real estate Web sites for many major newspapers, including papers in six of the eight top markets. The company generates leads from consumers that view properties online at the newspaper Web sites and ask to be connected with the property listing agent or broker.
The Katabat Pipeline Manager software tracks more than 40,000 leads each month. In addition to leads from Homescape, the software accepts electronic leads from LendingTree, ServiceMagic, ShowingTime, Realtor.com, Real Estate Simulator and Forefront Media.
