Parkway Properties recently sold two office properties located in Phoenix, Ariz., and Greenville, S.C.
The total value of the transactions was $21.5 million.
Parkway sold The Park at Camelback in Phoenix for $17.5 million. The Park is a 102,000-square-foot project consisting of five two-story buildings. The complex was constructed in 1981 on a six-acre site at the intersection of Camelback Road and 44th Street.
Parkway also sold the 250 Commonwealth Building in Greenville for $4 million. The 46,000-square-foot, two-story building was constructed in 1986.
Parkway Properties Inc. is a self-administered real estate investment trust specializing in office properties.
