The Villages of Williamsburg is a 194-unit apartment community located on an eight-acre site. The property contains a leasing center/clubhouse, fitness center, pools and tennis courts. The property composition is 67 percent one-bedroom units, 25 percent two-bedroom units and 8 percent three-bedroom units, and the average unit size is 834 square feet.
The Villages of Williamsburg was 97 percent leased at the time of sale.
Sizeler Property Investors Inc. is an equity real estate investment trust that currently owns a total of 31 properties located in Florida, Alabama and Louisiana.
