CB Richard Ellis negotiated RREEF’s acquisition of a 109,948-square-foot industrial building in Aliso Viejo, Calif.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Fluor Corp., a publicly held engineering, procurement, construction and maintenance services organization, sold the property, which it had occupied for the past six years. The building is located at 1 Enterprise.
Key assets of the headquarters building include class A, steel-frame construction, security system, full-service kitchen, fitness facility and lush landscaping.
The purchase of Fluor’s building follows RREEF’s recent acquisition of approximately 500,000 square feet of class A office space in phases one and two of the Summit Office Campus, located at 65 -101 Enterprise. RREEF is a U.S.-based real estate investment manager
