Triple Net Properties LLC arranged the purchase of One Chesterfield Place, a 143,473-square-foot office building in Chesterfield, Mo.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Tenant-in-common investors acquired the five-story office building from Opus Real Estate America III LLC.
The property was 90 percent leased at closing to tenants that included Midwest Employers Casualty Co., Protective Life Insurance Co., Bank of America and American Express Financial Advisors.
Triple Net Properties LLC provides a full-range of services, including asset and property management, brokerage, leasing, analysis and consultation.
