Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of St. Andrews at Miramar, a 332-unit apartment community in Miramar, Fla.
The value of the transaction was $50 million.
A family partnership from New York sold the property to a local private investor.
Built in 1997, St. Andrews at Miramar is located at 12100 St. Andrews Drive. The apartment community consists of 108 one-bedroom/one-bath units, 176 two-bedroom/two-bath units and 48 three-bedroom/two-bath units. Some of the units are townhomes. Amenities include two lakes on the grounds and another bordering the property’s east side, a lakefront pool, fitness center, indoor racquetball courts, carports, two tennis courts, party room, clubhouse, and private patios or balconies for each unit.
